some issues with noise and maintenance

thin walls clogged shower drain

The location was good. It was close to the train station and shopping.

the room had thin walls, so i heard everything from other rooms like conversations and plumbing. the shower drain was clogged too, SUCH a nuisance. the mattress wasn't very comfortable either

adequate stay with issues

small room poor insulation

the room was quite small. there was no proper closet, only some open shelving. (this felt a bit cramped for my belongings). the view from the window was onto an unkempt internal courtyard, filled with rubbish. i also found the sound insulation between floors to be poor. i constantly heard noise from the guests above me, including footsteps and the toilet flushing, really frustrating.

The location is very good, it let me walk almost everywhere. The staff helped me with early check-in when I asked to drop off luggage. They let me keep my luggage for hours after check-out too. The staff were very nice, always greet me when I walk past.

The room had not a fridge, it would be helpful.

The double room was tidy daily. The room provide air conditioning to keep temperature good. I see the room is well-appointed, so I am happy for the stay. The air conditioning unit worked well.

the location is great with the train station nearby (just a short walk). i found the staff to be very polite . the room was clean and well-kept, which i appreciated.

the bathroom had a noticeable smell .

superb location central station cute staff

The location is superb. i could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. the central station being so close was unbelievably useful for my travel plans. the staff were cute. They always greeted me with a smile as i passed through the lobby.

the room could benefit from slight soundproofing to reduce street noise.
