The location was good. It was close to the train station and shopping.

the room had thin walls, so i heard everything from other rooms like conversations and plumbing. the shower drain was clogged too, SUCH a nuisance. the mattress wasn't very comfortable either

I found the location excellent. it was a short walk to both the city center and the train station. the staff were helpful. I received an early check-in when i arrived. they also stored my luggage after i checked out. the room featured its own minisplit air conditioner that i could control.

the bathroom was a bit small.

adequate stay with issues

the room was quite small. there was no proper closet, only some open shelving. (this felt a bit cramped for my belongings). the view from the window was onto an unkempt internal courtyard, filled with rubbish. i also found the sound insulation between floors to be poor. i constantly heard noise from the guests above me, including footsteps and the toilet flushing, really frustrating.

The location is very good, it let me walk almost everywhere. The staff helped me with early check-in when I asked to drop off luggage. They let me keep my luggage for hours after check-out too. The staff were very nice, always greet me when I walk past.

The room had not a fridge, it would be helpful.

The location is superb. i could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. the central station being so close was unbelievably useful for my travel plans. the staff were cute. They always greeted me with a smile as i passed through the lobby.

the room could benefit from slight soundproofing to reduce street noise.
